BoostUpEsanma is a grassroots initiative born from a shared dream—to uplift the people of Esanma through education, development, and love.
Founded and led by Sir Paul James Seikegba, and officially registered in July 2024, we are built on passion, purpose, and people.

Vision: A united Esanma where every child, youth, and family has a chance to grow, dream, and thrive.
Mission: To build a platform that supports education, promotes talent, empowers the vulnerable, and connects Esanma people through unity and purpose.

At Boostupesanma,we have same goal to transform our community into a strong,happy and comfortable space for everyone.As an association,we work towards changing our community and giving helping hand to all,we support education,health issues and also try as much as possible to promote our culture and be united. Boostupesanma is a group of persons who has come together to ensure development and empowerment in their community,ESNAMA.

Believe or not.. it is confirmed the most effective way for a country to develop is though community development..
So if we continue...we are not only stabilizing for the now...we are encouraging generational stabilization ..
The road to sustainability
Our communities are missing out on choices and opportunities....
A child is hungry...no food to eat..
A mother has a pot... nothing to use it for....
Generational encouragement can dramatically change our way of life...
The number one rule for generational change Is to get people involved emotionally....

Community engagement...to encourage the community with skills to improve the standard of lifestyle...
Without generational encouragement what we are doing is a waste of time...
I might be worrying you from top to bottom. You have to realize that if you don't put forward offer yourself to generational change or encouragement you are wasting your time.
I am part of generational encouragement in a sense that I was encouraged by elders in our community with them knowing or without them not knowing but it's as prepared me for these day...
And because I'm emotionally involved and attached to the community.. if you are not emotionally involved in the community...then generational change or encouragement.. will be become challenging
Our work in Boostupesanma is to get everybody emotionally involved...
Therefore use every moment to get know your community needs...
Generational encouragement is not all about money, it is about communicating... Sharing the community spirit amongst each other from strength to strength...
